Hosting Events
- Information Technology and the HSC Student Association have joined forces to bring registered student organizations a more convenient way to publicize events and meetings. Post University sponsored events on the Student Events
Calendar.
- To post public information, bulletin boards are
located on the first and second floors of the David L. Boren Student Union.
- To request that information be posted on the Student Association plasma screen (located on the first floor of the Union), e-mail teresa-corcoran@ouhsc.edu and include “Plasma Screen” in subject line. Include in e-mail:
- advertisement text
- any graphics
- logos or pictures needed
- contact information
- running time for the advertisement/announcement

- Visit the David L. Boren Student Union website to learn how to host an event in our Union.
- Permission to serve alcohol at a student event in the David L. Boren Student Union can be requested. HSC Student Affairs regulates the serving of alcoholic beverages in the HSC Student Union, Student Union East Patio, University Village Pavilion and Intramural Fields. 3.2 beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages approved for consumption in the HSC Student Union and other Union facilities.
