• Threat Assesment Review Committee (TARC) is an interdisciplinary committee that exists of team members with law enforcement, student affairs, mental health, communications, legal and human resources experience and expertise. This committee monitos and addresses threats or potential threats that may pose safety issues on the Health Sciences Center campus. To report a concern to the TARC, please call:

  • Activity which appears to be an immediate threat to yourself or others by calling:
    • EMERGENCY: Dial (405) 271-4911
    • If you call from on campus using a cell phone and an operator asks, "What city?" request OUHSC PD.
